(Brewer) Sean’s take on a hazy IPA, all the juice you love in a refreshingly crisp package. Notes of pineapple, honeydew, and citrus swarm the palate and dissipate shortly after leaving a dry crisp finish. Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic.

On draught at the brewery. Served in a Willi Becher glass. It pours a hazy, burnt orange color with a finger cap of fluffy, eggshell foam and lots of thick lacing inside the glass. The smell is fruity with lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, berry, and a whiff of pine resin, and soft, floral hops. Its taste is vibrant with fruity notes of lemon, grapefruit, orange/tangerine, and strawberry. The brewer has coaxed a lot of flavor from the traditional hop bill of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic. This ale has a good, full mouth feel for 6% ABV, with pleasant carbonation. It is very drinkable. Overall, the whole of this ale exceeds the sum of its parts. It is flavorful and very drinkable.
