The brewer calls this a Light Lager, but it’s too good for that category. Distinct aroma of hay and cereal. Crisp and light bodied, but malty enough with a pleasant cereal flavor. There is just a light touch of hops, but it’s enough to add a little zip. Mellow and tangy with a modest herbal aftertaste. Overall it’s a fine quaffable brew. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. No apparent date. Printed-on label.
