The beer has a golden color and an elegant aroma of fruit and spices with light Belgian yeasts. The taste is round and soft with notes of pear, spices and a subtle malt sweetness, balanced by a mild, dry finish.

Copenhagen 23/4 2026. 44 cl can from BeerShoppen web-shop. The can in Zeitgeist Brewing's usual design twist time with a ligt blue horizontal bar on the white can. Pen drawing of a horse.
Pours almost clear yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty and yeasty odor mingling with a sharp scent of grains and alcohol. Sweet pale malts, banana and bread. Metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid take on a Belgian Blonde.
