Copenhagen 6/6 2016. 33 cl can purchased at a local kiosk. Consumed in a nice little park on Østerbro. Slightly tipsy King on the can. Might be the King of kiosk discount beers.
Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma of sweet malts and old gym bag with a little sourness and butter.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate. A bit flat.
Flavor is not very distinct - and quite watery. Rather malty sweet with only a very light bitterness. Aftertaste is short and sweet (not in the positive meaning of the expression).
Very generic Danish discount beer. Way too sweet and uninteresting. But on a sunny late afternoon in a park it all makes sense.

330ml bottle in Copenhagen (7.50 Danish Krone):
This one wasn't a particularly enjoyable beer sadly but in truth I was never really expecting it to be that great. There was a basic, light lager taste to it that felt cheap, a little flat and thin with nothing substantial in the way of flavour to keep you interested; very poor on the whole but it was cheap at least.
