750 ml bottle, as Jacobsen Traditionel India Pale Ale, from SPAR Hirtshals. ABV is 6.6%, IBU 40. Orange colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Pleasant aroma of citrussy, piney, herbal and spicy hops, some caramel malts too. Smooth mouthfeel. Moderately sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, caramel and piney hops in the front seat, fairly distinct bitterness in the finish.

400ml on-tap at Cafe Hvide Lam, Copenhagen (45 Danish Krone):
An okay English IPA, it started with some nice citrus flavours & pale malts before a background sweetness & moderate bitterness came through. It was crisp with a nice tang & the balance seemed good too. Fairly easy to drink & similar to the brewery's Jacobsen Saaz Blonde in a lot of ways, mainly it was enjoyable without it really standing out or being one that I'd pick up again; not bad though.
