750 ml bottle, from Føtex Ebeltoft. ABV is 6.9%, IBU 5. Pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Champagne-like aroma, hints of lemon and passionfruit, slightly spicy. Citric mouthfeel. Refreshing crisp flavour, with the same elements as the aroma, hardly any bitterness.

Copenhagen 15/5 2021. 75 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Usual bottle and label design for the Jacobsen brand with the stylized portrait of the brewer. This time in a green and pale yellow version.
Pours pale yellow with a small and bubbly white head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of wheat malts wingling with sweet fruity notes. Sweet lemonade. Honey melon, orange. White sugar. Light touch of lemon and lime
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tingling, lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite sweet take on a Bière Brut. Like with Champagne I prefer it dry and tart.
