The colour is yellow with a tint of orange; the liquid is clear (with a slight chill haze). The three finger head is off-white and compact. It sinks very slowly leaving some lacing.

The smell is sweet and hoppy with notes of grass, hay and flowers. There is a genuine bitterness, too, with a touch of metal. It is like a Danish pilsner, only a bit stronger and cleaner.

The taste is quite strong with very clean bitter notes, creamy sweetness, some flowers and a very fragile hint of yeast. The aftertaste got some notes of warming alcohol, clean sweet notes and some grassy medium-bitter hops.

The carbonation is strong; the bubbles are small and very fresh.

An elegant and very clean take on the Kellerbier style. Highly refreshing!
