Poured the color of honey, not so much red as I would have expected and the very short lived head didn't manage to leave any lacing.
Covid has killed my ability to smell, but it's probably pretty good. :-)
The taste has sweet bready malts (Think those Hawaiian King rolls) and some very noticeable hops that provide an almost citrus flavor to the edge of bitterness.
The feel seems lacking some carbonation, this may be an old can - it's not marked. But it still is easy quaffing and I was able to down this quicker than most. I'd drink it again.

Nice, crisp lager. Easy drinking but loses it's head quickly. Bought a four pack of 16 oz.. cans at my local distributor for $8. Apparently, this was a brew created to celebrate Carlsberg's 30 year sponsorship with Liverpool FC of Premiership. Fowler was a legendary player and manager for that side. Can't tell when it was brewed, but seems fresh. Good brew at a great price. ABV is 5% not 8%.
