This is a newly crafted IPA by the Carlsberg Laboratory. The goal was to create an IPA with low bitterness as an alternative to the best selling IPA in Denmark Yakima IPA.
Color is bright yellow with a clear nose of passion fruit. The taste would remind one of Carlsberg Pilsner, however added light fruity notes and a strong taste which characterize Jacobsen beer.
For alcohol drinkers it is a good alter to orange soda or a Pilsner. I buy the can again.

Copenhagen 5/6 2023. 33 cl can from Netto, Tomsgårdsvej, Kbh. NV. Jacobsens usual design in orange and yellow and a bust of brewer Carl Jacobsen.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a strong, sweet fruity odor of Mango juice mingling with stone fruit. Subdued citric notes. Ripe peach and passion fruit. Citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is thin and watery. Lightly bitter. Finish is watery.
Quite heavy on the flavoring and a tad thin in flavor.

330 ml can, at Tylstrup Kro, Denmark. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma and flavour of mango and other tropical fruits, a tad too sweet. The bitterness could with advantage be firmer, but this is not a bad beer as it is.
