Copenhagen 10/2 2024. 33 cl can from Bilka, Golfvej, Herning. Can in Jacobsen's usual design in light green with a pattern of yellow, green blue, red and orange in different geometric forms.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin lyer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a lift sweet fruity odor mingling with a bit of citrus. Sweet pale malts. Peach and nectarine. Lemon and citrus. Whiff of metallic alcohol.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and a bit fizzy texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourish. bitterness. aftertaste is a bit thin. Mildly bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin a semi-dry.
Pretty thin Sessionable IPA.
