A pale gold wheat beer. Smooth, sweet malt body with notes of bread and a snappy, zesty, citrus burst of orange peel. Brewed using leftover bread.

Copenhagen 15/2 2024. 44 cl can from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Can in Jakobsen's usual design in dark blue and with an intricate pattern of thin orange, light blue, and red lines.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering much of anything. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately tesen with a fragrant, sweet, floral odor mingling with a bit of sugar and citrus fruit. Rose bed, white sugar and blood orange.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a while Finish is semi-dry.
Decent take on a Wit.
