A light and refreshing American inspired session IPA.
The beer is refreshing with subtle hints of fruitiness and has a pleasant aroma of hops and citrus.

Copenhagen 12/2 2021. 75 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. Dark blue version of Jacobsens usual design with a bust of brewer Jacobsen. The supermarket chain Føtex has managed to slip their logo in on the label around the neck of the bottle.
Pours almost clear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citric notes. Sweet pale malts, caramel, bread and cardboard. Light whiff of citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a dry and bitter undertone. Finish is fairly dry.
Quite sweet and malty take on a Session IPA.
