Jacobsen Juletid IPA is a sparkling amber-gold IPA with a beautiful white head, specifically brewed for the wonderful Christmas season and all its culinary events.
Inviting Christmassy scent of mandarin and orange. The taste is refreshing and crisp with a balanced fresh aftertaste.
Perfect for a well-laid traditional Christmas lunch table with marinated herring, cold cuts, warm dishes and a subsequent cheese board.

Marielyst 12/10 2024. 75 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Marielyst Strandvej, Marielyst. The Jacobsen brand design in dark green with a starry pattern.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as uneven, lumpy yet unbroken layer of foam. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma moderately intense with a mild sweet odor of oranges, mandarin and peach mingling with more tart citrus fruit. Lime, lemon, citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a quite strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citron. Lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Decent Indian Pale Ale with sweet streak of oranges.
