Mosaik Ale is an American Amber Ale. It has a delicate sweet malt balance with a fresh after bitterness. The beer is dry hopped and is offering a rich smell of mango with a touch of citrus.

Copenhagen 3/1 2020. 75 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh. Ø. The Carlsberg Jacobsen brands’’s new design with a bust of the old brewer in orange and with strange bubbles in yellow, light blue and green.
Pours clear dark amber with a medium-sized white and fluffy head. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of stable foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium-intense and very malty. Sweet caramel, grains and bread. Hints of toffee. Lighter sourish odor. Citrus and unripe berries.
Medium carbonation. Thin, oily, greasy texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is a bit thin. Medium sweetness followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undercurrent. Lingers for a bit.
Very much on the sweet side for a beer named after a strain of hops. A bit too much for my taste buds.
