A flavour-packed Double IPA created exclusively for Lidl to celebrate its 20th anniversary in Denmark. A Lidl More IPA offers a flavour explosion of citrus and tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, followed by a perfect bitterness that makes it perfect for grilled steaks with crispy crust and herb butter. It also goes great with a spicy burrito with juicy spiced meat, melted cheese and a fresh, tangy salsa.

Copenhagen 7/9 2025. 44 cl can from Lidl, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Can is an obscure mix of the Jacobsen brand design and Lidl colors in blue, red and yellow. Not exactly stylish.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a midsized white head. Settles as a thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a bit of citrus fruit and a light touch of tart sour cheese. Sweet peach and mango. Tart lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Not too bad for a Super Market anniversary beer. .
