Copenhagen 27/8-2017. 44 cl bottle from Føtex. The usual Semper Ardens Design - this time in light green. Seems to be named after Rodins "The Thinker".
Pours clear amber with white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick (or thin) almost transparent layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is weak. Light citric sourness, a little fruity sweetness and a little butter.
Light carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by medium bitterness.
Not very convincing take on a IPA.
