Amber pale ale with a refreshing aroma of malt, citrus, and elderflower. Generous with quenching qualities followed by a deliciously dry bite of hops.
Plum yellow pale ale with a refreshing crisp malt body and fresh bitterness. The beer offers light notes of malt, followed by spring-fresh hints of citrus fruits, elderflower and understated fruitiness.
Suitable for
Egg dishes, open sandwiches, pan-fried fish and pork.

Copenhagen 19/6 2016. 75 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Jacobsens usual design in a yellow version. A little late for an "Easter Pale Ale". But I did not get around to drink it before summer.
Pours clear amber with a white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma of sweet exotic fruit like mango, peach and passion fruit. Sharp citric bitterness.
Medium strong carbonation and lightly oily palate. Lively texture.
Flavor has nice distinct bitterness and a more subdued sweetness. Aftertaste is bitter with a semi-dry finish.
Nice bitter APA - without going to extremes.
