It’s hard to describe our Irish red, Tap O’ the Mornin’, other than it’s what you’d expect, without what you’d expect. Catskill mountain maple syrup adds the caramel sweetness without the cloying notes of caramel & rye malt. It’s dry, but not. It’s red, but also kinda not.
It’s good, though. We guarantee that.
