Snowfall’s flagship hazy IPA, brewed with New York-grown Cascade and Vista alongside Citra and Nelson Sauvin. Layered aromas of white grape, ripe peach, melon, and citrus open onto a soft, pillowy palate with saturated fruit character. Expressive hop intensity meets restrained bitterness — smooth, bright, and easy to return to.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week glass. Pours a very hazy, terracotta orange with a fine, two finger head that dissipates to a thick persistent cap with solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, orange, light stone fruit, and mixed tropical fruit; a little spicy. Flavor follows aroma, with pale malt, lots of citrus and fruit hops, with grapefruit, orange, mango, mild light stone fruit and a little pineapple; some pine in the finish with modest bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate creaminess, nice mouth feel. I'm not a big hazy fan, but sometimes that's the only style I'm able to get from a new brewery. As is often true with this style, I do enjoy the intense herbal hop flavors, but usually not satisfied by the finishing bitterness. Even though the brewery describes this a restrained bitterness, it was actually satisfactory for my taste, although my tongue was confused by the piney aftertaste without the normal accompanying assertive bitterness. I liked the looks, smell and feel of this quite a bit. It is on a short list of hazies I enjoyed finishing.

Pours a hazy orange gold with a soft white head that lingers. Aroma is citrus forward, with hints of piney resin. Taste follows nose. Smooth with a refreshing, clean finish.

Chalky onions, sugary finish - decent appearance.

Running Trees starts off crisp and bright, with waves of citrus cascading from there. It's a beer that keeps on giving, with lots of complimentary notes working together alongside a hop profile that is complex without being overly bitter. All in all a solid offering from an upstart brewery that doesn't disappoint. Looking forward to what falls next!

This is a delicious beer! A proper hazy one. Super smooth, and all the flavors and aromas are nicely balanced. It doesn't overwhelm with the hops, or the ABV, and that makes it very easy to enjoy.
