The first Barrel-Aged release from our Funk House, our secondary facility dedicated to producing sour beer. Vintage 2016 is lightly tart, with beautiful notes of oak from being aged in Pinot Noir barrels, lemon, and earthy 'funkiness'. Innoculated with Breattanomyces, Pediococcus, and Lactobacillus. Gold Medal Winner at 2016 Great American Beer Festival in the 'Wood and Barrel-Aged Sour Category.
