Bottle: Poured a hazy dark brown color ale with a medium size brown foamy head with light retention and some lacing. Aroma of residual sugar notes with some oak and light tart notes is OK. Taste is a mix of residuals sugar notes and some oak and light bourbon notes with some dry fruits notes with a subtle tart finish. Body is about average with good carbonation and no alcohol was easily perceptible. Seems to me like this was slightly infected as I am not sure that tart notes worked really well into this beer.
