We got our hands on some Mosaic and Simcoe hops and didn't waste anytime getting to work with them! Pyramid is our second '0 IBU' IPA, utilizing only post-boil and dry hop additions of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Crystal. Huge aromas of pineapple, mango, and citrus with a subtle pine finish.
