Had this with my lunch last Friday afternoon before going to out campsite. Served in a frosted glass(!).

Appearance: Thin creamy foam with an amber color that also resembles light-colored root beer.

Smell: Fruity phenols and flower petals. Quite nice.

Taste: Very floral in nature though not overdone. Aftertaste has a yeasty presence. Airy and nice.

Mouthfeel: A real disappointment here. Not up to par really. Too thin and watery and lacks major depth. Only saving grace is the touch of bitterness in the end.

Overall: Light and easy to drink but when you put Belgian in the name, you tend to have certain expectations and these were not totally met. While not bad, it falls a bit short.
