We used a double helping of British Maris Otter malt giving a glorious deep amber colour and sweet biscuity foundation.
Piles of classic US Centennial and Chinook were thrown into the boil for huge aromas of pine and grapefruit, and an intense bitterness to balance the malty sweetness.
The old school C-hop flavours are boosted further with a big dry hop of Columbus Cryo and more centennial and chinook!
