The aroma opens bright and inviting with fresh orange and tangerine zest, layered with delicate floral notes and a touch of juicy stone fruit. Beneath the citrus sparkle lies a subtle, fresh-cut jalapeño character — green, vibrant, and clean.

The brewer calls this a Pilsner but it's also a Chile Beer, though not overly heated up. Pours a clear orangey amber with plenty of foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Sudsy and lively on the tongue. This is really an ideal kind of chile-flavored beer, with mild flavor and just enough heat to remind you what you're drinking. Jalapeños in the brew. This also has an unexpected malty base flavor that mellows it out. I can see this would be a good seller for being a light Lager but interestingly flavored. From the 32 oz jug filled at the brewery tap.
