Poured from 330mL can into my Bierwerk Züri becher. Best by 12/31/26.
Appearance: light golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: the malt has plenty of wheat character, and plenty of coriander to go along with it. It's good, but there's also a kind of earthy, perhaps yeasty character I don't care for as much, that takes a little bit away from the experience.
Taste: wheaty, coriander-ey (and in the American sense of coriander seeds, not cilantro), and orange peel. I think maybe the spicing could be dialed back just a bit; there's kind of a botanical bitterness that renders this beer just a little rough around the edges.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty decent witbier, though like I said, a bit rough around the edges.
