Appearance: The IPA pours a gorgeous light amber to deep golden hue, showing a slight, unfiltered haze. It is crowned by a big, fluffy white head with excellent retention, while fine, elegant bubbles continuously rise to keep the foam active.
Aroma: On the nose, there is a prominent alcohol warmth beautifully balanced by bright, noticeable top notes of citrus and tropical fruits.
Flavor: The flavor profile is exceptionally hop-forward. It leads with an aggressive, resinous pine hop bitterness that grips the palate, firmly supported by a grainy malt backbone. True to its style, it features low malt sweetness, keeping the focus entirely on the punchy hop character.
Palate & Finish: It sits comfortably at a medium body with moderate carbonation. The defining feature of this brew is its finish—a distinct, medium astringency creates a parching, dry sensation that cleanses the tongue and invites the next sip.
