This is one temperamental, highly sensitive, unpredictable brew! Flavors of caramel, nut, and toasted bread are highly present, with lovely mild maltiness and a slightly fiesty crisp finish.

Taster at brewery. Dark reddish amber, thin off white head. Malty aroma, pumpernickel, light sweetness. Taste is malty, sweet and finishes with a light dryness and a tiny bitter bite. Smooth, slick.
