Our flagship lager offers the clean, familiar refreshment of a classic American style, elevated with a craft touch. Light, subtly hopped, and brewed with corn for a crisp finish. The perfect easy-drinking beer.

Served on tap at the brewery. Berrien Beach poured a straw color topped by a 1-finger compacted white sudsy head.
Aroma has light citrus, light green apple, grassy/grainy, corn and white bread crust notes.
Taste follows aroma and although malt forward, is balanced. The grainy malts upfront are followed quickly by light citrus fruit, bread crust and a tad bit of apple notes toward the backend. Slightly dry with mild bitterness and grassiness in balance with slight citrus on the finish. Although there's some sweetness to it, it is by no means overbearing.
Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, upper end of light bodied, and slightly dry on the finish. This is a well crafted, refreshing lager that I will surely drink again. Cheers y'all!
