330ml bottle poured into tulip
L - amber, slightly hazy, no head - just a thin white lacing.
S - caramel, malt, noticable funky earthy yeast
T - very sweet biscuit malts upfront, fades away towards finish. Spicy phenolic yeast with a hint of orange, drying finish,
F - light bodied, dryish texture, low carbonation
O - a good low ABV version of a belgian pale ale. But then why would I want a low ABV version of this? Otherwise a bit watery

I had a 330ml bottle.
Appearance: dark Amber colour with off white head.
Aroma: mildly floral hops evident but subtle.
Flavour: well balanced with very smooth mouthfeel. Good level of carbonation. Good malt backbone and dry finish. Tasted very fresh on the finish.
Overall: very enjoyable pale ale with excellent subtleties in flavour and bitterness. European style does come through here.
