Not a bad beer by any standard. Pours a pale golden colour. Hints of honey in the smell and taste, some bitterness there as well. It’s a well balanced beer for the flavours it had, unfortunately it’s really quite watery and bland. Not much character or depth.

Overall a nice venture that the boys at Blowfly have started but the beer isn’t anything too special. Easy drinking Aussie lager.

Aside from the slight honeyed sweetness, didn't notice any flavour. Very soft watery mouthfeel, extremely easy to drink, but no character. Dull, but innofensive. Not a huge difference in flavour compared to the regular Stockade, i really can't say too much more about it, dull.
