Aromas of toasted malt and hints of macerated fruit as well. A sweet mouth well with a good tone of yeast that can quickly make disgusting. The finish adds a little bitter but of force but it's not enough to make it a good beer especially when you compare to Westmalle, Bernardus or Trappe.

BB 26-10-06. Malonne pours in with a big head but most is gone quite fast howevers a bit stays quite well. Beer is perfetly clear and bronzebrown. Smell malty, litle sour, carramellic with citrushint. Taste is caramelmatly, quiet sweet misses hops, litle cherrysour but overal quiet empty. Drinkabillity is cause sweetness and emptyness not that great as is mouthfeel missing taste. Drinkable.

Almost black in colour, with light reddish reflexes. Scarce foam, medium persistence.
The smell is caramel, finnel, herbs (rhubarb), touches of vanilla, notes of coffee.
The taste too: caramel, lightly fruity (peach), orange, liquorice.
Medium body.
Aftertaste of bitter herbs (rhubarb again).
