This is a freakish and glorious brew. It is a lager brewed to Belgian white characteristics thats spiced with cardamom, chamomile and orange. The aroma is fragrant and exotic vanilla came to mind at first and then incense and an old girlfriend. Like a perfume or a passion.
Visually, this appears to be a Vienna lager. It is clear and bright yellow with a slight blush of orange. The head is blindingly white though it soon recedes. It is served with a wedge of orange and though this provides a charismatic enhancement to the flavor profile, it is hardly necessary. The herbal / floral balance to the taste is artistic and compelling.
This brew tastes like nothing else and is truly one of the best herbals Ive had anywhere.
