Dry hopped Yuppie IPA. Not a fan of the name, but became a fan of the beer….
Served in standard pint, the beer is a light gold with a sticky white head
Nice aroma of pine and citrus.
I like the initial burst of resin and citrus it fades but it lets you know it's there. Some malts try to assert some influence mid glass, but they are beaten into submission. The bitterness kicks back up a notch at the halfway point. I'm not sure if this is due to the dry hopping but it's nice.
The mouth is oily and coating.
This beer started strong, stumbled a bit than ran strong to the finish line.
