The Plum Sour one of two sours on tap at the Broadway. Poured in a standard shaker, the beer is a hazy copper with a skim of white head.
It has a nose of plums and sour patch candies.
This is nice sour. It's not puckering but it makes its point. The plum is evident but not overpowering. There are some grain notes and something floral in the finish.
The mouth is slick and slightly coating.
Solid in all aspects.
