Appears translucent light gold/ yellow with a small unstable white head.
It smells of sweet grains and floral hops. The smell is very slight though.
It tastes initially slight of sweet grains. A slight floral flavor is also present as well as a bit of a mild grassy hop flavor. This beer does not taste bad but it lacks substantial flavor.
There is a crisp mouthfeel with ample carbonation.
The drinkability is good as the beer is light and crisp.
Overall I like pilsners to have more flavors. It seems to me that the brewer as a cross over beer purposely made for drinkers of American adjunct lagers. With that said this still is not a great example of a pilsner

Permagrin Pilsner (think Permanent Grin Pilsner) was served in a standard pint glass. The beer is gold with excellent clarity. It has a smallish bone white head & nice lacing.
The beer smells of grains, grass and perfume like hops.
I like how this one leads with floral hops. This is very pronounced but balanced by some cracker like grains. I would describe the taste as delicate but with a bit of backbone...
The mouth is smooth with lower than expected carbonation.
This is a pretty nice take on the style. I think any fan of a well-made pilsner will like this one.
