As with all beer at the Broadway affiliate, it is served in a standard shaker pint. The beer is gold with a slight chill haze. It was darker than I expected. Skim of white foam with a trace of lace.
It has a nose of spices and grains. It smells fresh and almost to clean.
The taste is slightly sweet with subtle spices (pepper and maybe coriander). Lots of grains in the finish.
The mouth has ok heft with a low carbonation.
It was easy enough to drink, but it needs a bit more depth for me to have more than one.
