A: cloudy; a dull deep gold in color; almost no head - big bubbles that receded quickly; no lacing;
S: pineapple, alcohol, earthy, caramel;
T: sweet caramel is present throughout and completely takes over at the end; a little earthy up front with a bit of ripe pineapple in the middle; virtually no bitterness;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: very interesting;

This beer is drunk end of 2015. It was brewed with Saphir whole hops from the harvest in 2012.
Fluffy fine white head, lacing, deep orange body
Aroma is tropical fruit like mango and papaya, underlying bisquite malt and booze
Taste is sweet but much less than you usually get from the Eisbock method and it is kept in check by a clean crisp bitterness that does not linger. Some fruity tart hop saps. Reminds me of a bisquite fruit cake
Dangerously drinkable, medium body and some alcohol warmth
Did very well in surviving more than 3 years and keeping its hop character. Think triple IPA.
