Fully organic ale brewed with pumpkin juice
Look: crystal clear orange body, little carbonation after pouring, white head dies immediately
Aroma: fruity esters like banana, some clove, pumkin sweetness
Taste: Pilsener malt, a hint of sweet pumpkin, biscuits, clove and banana as in the aroma, hop bitterness for balance
Feel: medium body, rather full for such a lightweight, some smoothness that reminds of pumpkin soup, prickly fine carbonation, definitely not flat
Overall: A pumpkin beer in the true sense used as adjunct to deliver part of the fermentable sugars. No pumpkin pie spices added. Just some from the (Hefeweizen?) yeast.
