This is a Eisbock made from the first batch brewed in the new brewhouse of the brewery.
sweetness balanced with strong but clean bitterness. a little boozy but appropriate for the abv. some tropical fruits. Good surprisingly drinkable beer made with the Eisbock technique.
I got this again and again from my parents and year after year it gets even better because of the diminished booziness but without loosing hop aroma from Mandarina Bavaria and local Aurora hops. To be clear this is still the same beer just getting older with style. I do not know any other brewery that lets hops shine that bright after years!
