Bottle from Tres Bonne Cuisine. Hazy pale golden body, huge airy head, fades to small cap. Sour, grainy aroma, pineapples. Taste is also remarkably tart, a bit odd for the style, but not unpleasant. Very saison-y. Still delicious and full of character.
