Had on tap. Mostly clear golden pour with a thinner white head, lazy spotted lacing. Lemon juice, botanical hops with an emphasis on flowers in a very light way, honey malts, and bright airy yeast. Taste is a watery version of the nose. Feel is watery, the yeast and hops try but just get washed away in the void of a body

L: Highly carbonated, cloudy, camel colour with a thick, long-lasting head.
S: Waxy honeycomb.
T: Honey, hops, floral notes, spicy aftertaste. Hop bitterness is low.
F: Crisp & smooth with moderate/high carbonation and a lightly dry finish.
O: My first kellerbier. Loads of character. Highly enjoyable.
