A: Single finger head that leaves some residual in the periphery. Nice amber with yellow tint.
S: sweet brown sugar with grapefruit and floral notes.
T: Citrus, mostly grapefruit and orange up front. Finishes with lots of pine which masks some of the hops which are in the background. Floral notes.
M: Moderate to high carbonation. Medium body.
Overall: The pine is fairly bitter which affects the mouthfeel and finish. Its a little too bitter without enough hops for my likeing

Golden and very clear with a small off white head that dissipates quickly. Some lacing. The aroma is floral and citrusy hops. The flavor is smooth and balanced. The hops provide a bit of a bite but don’t run wild. There’s a hint of sweetness in it. It’s creamy and silky with a moderate carbonation of fine bubbles.
There’s nothing not to like in this beer. It’s smooth, refreshing and reliable.

A: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had an amber color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was an inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A nice fruity, hoppy aroma you expect from IPAs.
T: Tasted of hops (milder than most), with some grapefruit and malt in the finish. This is a very steady and solid flavor; not too flashy, but good.
M: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Overall, this is a generally well made easy to drink American IPA.

Had this while at the brewery! Served from tap into a Palmetto shaker. Poured yellow-orange with a very minimal off-white head. There was no lacing evident throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, sweethop, and caramel. The flavor was of sweet malt, sweet hop, subtle caramel, and brown sugar. It had a light feel on the palate with mild carbonation. Overall this was a decent brew. Not very robust at all on this one. The flavors were good, but just needed to be kicked up a notch if I'm honest. Very easy drinking though. Worth trying at least once.

A: Poured from a growler purchased at Charleston Beer Exchange into a tulip glass. Beautiful amber color with ~ 1/2 head, good retention
S: Citrusy hoppy aroma (grapefruit), with some earthy/piney notes
T: Pleasantly bitter and grapfruity, piney as well. Tastes as it smells. Great beer on a hot day or any day really. nice bite at the finish
M: Medium bodied w/ a desirable amount of carbonation
O: Best offering I've had from Palmetto.. one of my favorite IPAs every crafted in South Carolina
