Straw-yellow and crystal clear, white foam, lots of medium bubbles
floral hop aroma with a citric undertone, sometimes a bit metallic
hint of honeydew melon at first later dry with strong hop bitterness, grapefruit, piney and floral hop flavors
crisp, dry, resiny, refreshing, thin (not watery)
This is an interesting Pilsener presenting this special kind of hops. Quite complex for the style. If you like German Pilsener, i.e. hoppy lagers, go for it. Great
