This was served in a stange. The appearance was a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. Messy lacing stuck around the glass. The smell started with a sweet grassy yet lightly crisp malt and delicate spicy grassy hops. The taste was about the same sort of sweet yet lightly spiced crisp flavor. There’s no aftertaste and no finish. On the palate, this sat exceptionally light and came across exceptionally smooth on my tongue. Overall, good kolsch I’d have again.

Pours a bright yellow clear color with a nice frothy bright white head. Abundant carbonation. Smells citrusy, very lightly malty as well. Initial taste is light, crisp and a mildly bitter aftertaste. Lacing is impressive. Overall a great summertime brew
