Pub Brewer Steve has taken a cult classic to the dark side! Midnight Moses is his shadowy take on the beloved Holy Moses White Ale. Brewed with dark malt and spiced with orange peel, coriander, and chamomile, this unfiltered dark wheat is as dark as it is flavorful.

Pours a deep dark mahogany with a tan head that quickly dissipates.
Smells of roasted malt, caramel, coriander, musty yeast, and chamomile.
Toasted whole wheat bread and caramel malt with sour yeast and chamomile. A little nutty with bitter herbs and spices - coriander.

From tap at Great Lakes Brewing. Beautiful color; deep amber. Malty fragrance with a satiny mouth feel. Leah really enjoyed this offering, but it's middle of the road for me.
