Yet another on-tap only "pub exclusive" at the GLBC. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a fairly cloudy, hazy, medium golden color with a white head about 2/3 of an inch en first drawn. Settles to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass wi H minimal lacing. Aromas of some slightly toasted, biscuity malts, along with raspberry tart and hints of orange and coriander. The taste is pretty much the same, with slightly toasted, bready, caramel malt sweetness, a definite raspberry tart sweetness, and a hints of coriander and citrus. Not really much discernible hop presence. Has a very crisp, yet also somewhat smooth and frothy, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean, slightly dry finish. Easy to drinking the way it ought to be.
