12 FL. OZ. can
Served in a becker glass
This beer pours pale yellow with a slight haze to it. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is tart and contains coriander with a salty aroma.
The taste is tart with flavors of orange and coriander. It has a briny and semi dry finish.
This is a nice, simple gose. It is not over the top as so many nowadays seem to be. It is a very good beer to enjoy on a beautiful summer evening.

Pours a cloudy straw with a white head. The aroma is tart, with a touch of coriander spice. Light bodied, bright acidity, and a touch of salt to finish. The coriander is there if you look for it, overall a nice summer session sour.

Yet another on-tap only “pub exclusive “ at the GLBC. Served to me in a snifter glass, this beer draws a clear, light golden color with a fairly thick white head that’s about 1/2 inch thick when first served that settles eventually to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass along with just a slight touch of lacing. Aromas of some bready malts and a bit of wheat along with a very subtle sour funk hint. The taste is pretty much the same, with some bready malts and wheat, some yeasty notes and a hint of salt and a slight sour funk. No discernible hop presence, which is to be expected for this style. Has a mostly crisp, also quite smooth, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and a slightly sour and salty aftertaste. Spot on for the style. A solid representation of the style.
