Released by the brewery on-tap only at the brewpub for Cleveland Beer Week 2017. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a clear, medium amber color with a nice white head that's about an inch thick when first served. Settles after a few sips to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass with little lacing. Aromas of toasted, caramel malt sweetness and Noble hops and nice hints of clove, cinnamon, allspice, along with vanilla and orange peel notes. The taste nicely follows suit, with toasted, bready, caramel malt sweetness that's balanced out nicely with a balanced out with the Noble hops that adds just the right amount of bitterness. This is of course followed by the aforementioned clove, cinnamon, all spice, vanilla and orange peel that really make this taste like it's been rum barrell aged. An excellent flavor profile all around. Has a fairly crisp, yet somewhat smooth and frothy, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very drinkable. Has a clean finish with a slightly dry aftertaste.
