Pours hazy cloud with white foamy cap
On draught in big pint glass at Yardhouse DC Aia 24. Good hazy with both bite and Mary tasteful love.

Better than so many of this year's hazy IPA craze. On first sip, I found it smelled and tasted sweeter than many. It smells fruity (which adds to the sensation of a sweet start) but tastes less fruity than many, with a surprising bitter bite at the end that suddenly makes the sweet start feel just that much sweeter. This would be a great hazy IPA to recommend to a hophead who thinks all hazy IPAs are just sweet fruity seltzers. There's a blandness and lack of complexity compared with, say, Zombie Dust, but I'm not mad at this one.

Pours out of the can a hazy straw color with a finger of head with little retention. Smells of citrus and resin with maybe pineapple? Taste follows suit, with a bite at the very end.

I don't get a lot of Great Lakes products - you never know if they are fresh. I needed some brews to bring to a party so I bought a 12 of what looked fresh Great Lakes IPAs.

This one opens yellow and nice and foamy. The aroma is restrained, not very skunky. The taste is similarly on the tame side. It won't assault your palate nor will it really treat it, but it drinks easily and should go great with food.

Recommended. I'll bet the Great Lakes will be appreciated at the party but I will leave them for others.

Got this in the new Hop Madness mix pack, and while this is still.... relatively boring in comparison to the mass amount of other ipa options I will say this is very clean and refreshing. This and Vibacious are both, again, kinda boring but the quality of GL ipa's is definitely trended upward. This reminds me of Groovy Juice from Fat Heads but less hop forward, but it's not overly juicy either
